More about the jacket

I  found time to take photographs yesterday so here it is in all it's 'glory!!!!

I found a very patient model for it too - a chair!!!  Prettier than me wearing it and easier than asking Nick to take photos!!! Also it STOOD STILL!!!!
This is the front (obviously)!!!
One sleeve
T'other sleeve
The rear view - when I'm wearing it it will be my 'best side'!!!!

Oh, Jane..... I love your jacket!!! All the tatted animals are so cute! You must get a lot of compliments when you are out.

I see an animal I don't think I have seen before. On the back of the jacket in a variegated green? Happy Tatting!!

I love the bowler-hatted monkey! It's a wonderful jacket - but I followed your link to see the old one, which you had made, and I liked that too! Did you try fabric softener to make it more snuggly? Perhaps you can resurrect it and tat more animals........

Ah, Carol, the variegated green animal is the chameleon which I did as a live TIAS in Palmetto last year. The pattern is on their CD - I should probably put it on my site too now!!!
Maureen - I think there were several things about the jacket which I didn't like - the colour as well as the fit too!!!
TAT19540 - apart from the chameleon I think they're all on the pattern page although I'm not totally sure. I MUST check that out.

Love this, Jane! The chair may have been a willing subject, but your tatted beauty is not nearly as fashionable on it as it would be on you.

oh that is just great! I know you probably don't think the 'sewing' part is all that much; but , for some one who can hardly sew a stitch ~ it is the next thing to miraculous. LOL Lovely jacket…be even lovelier if I could see you IN PERSON wearing it….xxxxP
