The last one!! Well until I get further supplies from the charity shops or elsewhere!!! I do a troll through the shops in town at least once a week - just in case. I rarely find anything, though!!! Still, keeps me amused for an hour or so!!!
I've actually found some findings on Ebay which might 'do' to make more necklaces like this - so for the terrific price of £2.50 (free shipping) I've ordered those. They're coming from China so will take a few weeks. I've had some real bargains from the Chinese companies on Ebay in the past so am looking forward to seeing these when they arrive. If they work out OK then I'll put the pattern together along with details on where to buy the 'bits'.
I might even wear this one. I do love the purply one but I no longer own that!!! It's gone, long gone!!

I believe you are the ultimate recycler!
The necklace is stunning!!
Really beautiful! I love all the destruction and reconstructions!
I agree with Carol, this new necklace is lovely.
The new necklace is lovely.
beautiful
Wow! That is so elegant. Before enlarging the picture I thought the motifs were edged with chain. What a wonderful idea to use the beads to mimic the chain. You really outdid yourself. This is beautiful.
Oh, StringyDogs, those aren't beads - I've used a lock chain. First half flipped, second half not flipped. Using two colours like that does make them look beady. Never thought of that before!!!!
Very pretty. I like the colors. I'll bet all of us have some broken bits of old necklaces, if your game to be flooded with them in your mail box.
Grrr, I hate the new way Blogger does pictures. I can't enlarge them as much as I used to be able to, and I really wish I could see this one up close. It is very sophisticated-looking and beautiful.
That is absolutely gorgeous! I'm always awed by the beautiful of tatted pieces, but this one really blew me away! I actually think this might be my favorite of the tatted necklaces that I have seen! It really stopped me in my tracks... It's beautiful!!!!

Miranda, if you have a mouse with a scrolling wheel, hover over the picture and push down on the wheel, it'll enlarge the picture! ;-) (That's also how to click to open something in a new tab.). ;-) I've becoming a three-finger mouser because I love that scrolling-wheel-button so much! LOL.
Hopet hat helps!

Oops... just realized that normal left clicking does the same thing... However, also I discovered that if you right click the image in the post, then click 'Open in New Window', it will zoom and all --at least it did for me... Worth a shot?
To borrow your British phrase, I am GOBSMACKED!!!
I thought the purple necklace was spectacular, and here you go making ANOTHER one, in ecru and black. It is simply ELEGANT!!!! And again, you cleverly used 'reverse' colors, also adding more tatting to the main pendant. A wonderful over-all design concept.
At first glance, even on a very enlarged photo, I also thought those were beads on the outside. Then I saw the effect of the two-color lockstitch chain! Just BRILLIANT!!!!
You are far too modest about your INCREDIBLE ARTISTIC TALENT!!!! You really must keep and wear this necklace for all to see!!
