Playing with the floating chain

I know that Terry's playing with the floating chain too and we've discussed the  problem of 'how to' write it down.

We came up with this pattern which is just really experimental - well the way I've written it is!!  Any comments or suggestions are welcome as usual!!

Just in time for Halloween if anybody is tempted to explore this technique.  I think it's fun, fun, fun.

  3. So THAT is what people call it. I asked a while back on some chat rooms, but must have really bungled the description 'cause no one answered. Now, seeing it again, I still like it, but now fear two things.

First, that it is a split chain, which I can't master even with all the practice I have done,

    Or,

Second, that you had to hide all those ends.

Either way, I think I am in over my head. Amazing what you keep coming up with.

  4. Hi 'am I still me' - perhaps I can help. If you could give me more of an idea on what your problems or puzzles are I'll do my best. If you email me privately on love to tat@gmail.com I'll do my best. Whichever you are talking about there are no more ends to hide than usual. Just two!!!!!
