Where IS my brain?

I know it should be easy to find it as there are only three cells to look after. BC1, BC2 and the ultimate BC3 but they do seem to get me confused at times!!!

Thankfully there are a few people 'out there' in Tat Land who keep my brain in order and tell me (very kindly) when it's gone on a 'holiday'. Last week Carla wrote to tell me that she was confused. When I worked it out it wasn't only Carla that was confused - so was I!!!

I had put two patterns on the web site over the space of a few years and they'd got in a muddle as I must've at one point (probably in 2014) uploaded and 'overwritten' another square pattern. This is the one Carla was looking for (link) and this is the one she got due to BC3 falling down on his 'job'.

You'll be pleased to know that BC3 got a slap on the wrist and had to go and sit in the naughty corner for an hour!!!

  1. Only one hour? You've got my BC3 taking to her sun lounger and fanning herself at the thought of not being sent early to bed with no supper!!

  4. I agred with Diane, brains do need the occasional rest and considering how hard BC3 works sometimes, it is no wonder

  5. I'm so impressed that you have created all these designs, not to mention your amazing drawings. And your organization of them on your site is also mind-boggling. I was reminded of another tatter who is a professional artist, Mark Meyers, and I can't seem to find his tatting site anymore. I believe he did an amusing cartoon of you tatting split rings while standing on your head! Is he no longer blogging?

    1. Not sure about Mark. I've not heard from him for ages. We used to talk a lot but then he got sidetracked into bobbin lace and I think he spends more time on Facebook than anywhere else. His mom and dad came to England a few years ago and I met up with them. I haven't needed to look for his web site for a while but will try and find it again. It should be on the wayback machine, though.
