More packing!

This is the way I decided to package the snowflakes that I've made for the library sale.

I used this pattern to make them and the Lizbeth gold metallic to make them with.

I'm hoping as this sale will make people think of Christmas and that they'll buy them. Who knows!

  1. It's ,a really good idea to put two in each packet. I love the Liz Metallic, it's going to be perfect for the Christmas tree.

  2. I love how you’ve packaged these beauties! Are they attached to the card with glue or tape? I think the Liz Metallic is wonderful for the Christmas tree - a little more stability for ornaments :)

  5. Never too early to start thinking about Christmas! Do you sell your tatting at the library to help them on a regular basis? That's a great idea. I work at our local library, I should do this too. We're always looking for ways to raise funds for our library!

  6. No tape or glue, Cindy. I NEVER use glue on tatting unless to lightly stiffen it with watered down PVA. I actually sewed them on with size 20 thread. Just caught the top points and tied off at the back.

  7. This is the first time, Carol. We're not doing it for the library funds but they are taking a 'cut' from what we sell. It's to feed our several addictions!!!!
