More about the CD idea!!!

Sorry that the last two days posts 'didn't happen'.  I'd scheduled them but something went wrong!!  I checked both posts later on each day and both were stating the date and time I'd set but on both occasions they were still not 'out there'.  Anyway, here's what you should've had on Thursday!!!

So off I went into the tatting cupboard and I emerged with these two colours - I just LOVE these two together.  This is what happened.  The top picture is the front and the bottom is the back.

So, this got the old brain ticking over (after a gallon of tea, of course) because I DON'T LIKE the hole in the middle - it needs filling!!!!  To me it looks like a missing tooth so perhaps I should take it to the dentist at the end of the road!!!!  Yes, there really IS a dentist at the end of our residential road and a doctor at the other end!!!

Certainly needs a second opinion!!!!

Maybe a bead or a charm for the middle? I like the way the chain loops around the back of each spoke of the star/snowflake

How about a shiny blinky "bead-tooth", means a fire polished galssbead (10 mm)in the middle? You'll get them at the bead-dentist ;-))

So pretty colors!!!
I love it. Beautiful pattern.
But this is difficult for me, I learn and practice more and I want to tat someday :)

The hole is alright. It's not too big, so it fits fine with the rest of it.

Hmm, perhaps a bead? I'm sure you have something of that size :) Both the front and the back look pretty cool. If you didn't tell anyone they'd never know which was which, they might just think it was a variation on a theme.

What about Sequins? or I have some shell medallions I could send across the ocean for you. Or... an artificial flower, one on each side. Well, anyway, there's my two cents worth of opinion.
I think they look lovely!! Those are some nice bold colors!!

Thanks, everybody. The 'problem' has been solved and I will show you how on Monday. IF blogger hadn't have been acting up with scheduled posts you'd have seen the 'answer' today!!!!

Jane, these colours are amazing. They just leap off the screen in the little thumbnails. Very, very attractive.
