Have you guessed?

Have you guessed which Dora pattern this is?  Perhaps not if you haven't got the book!!!

I think it's the prettiest and, in my opinion, the hardest pattern in the publication. The first time I did it I was severely challenged but I'm very glad I made notes on the laptop as I went along!!! You can't beat a few notes!!!!

Even on my third attempt I still have to count, count and re-count!!!!

My own book is on its way ;) :) :) :)
If you were "severely challenged", I can predict I'll spend many many hours of practising and making ooopsies. But I too love a challenge and I'm usually more stubborn than the patterns :) Thanks for the word of caution though, I won't start with this one.
I LOVE your choice of colours!

Even though it's my third time doing this pattern I have made mistakes. I read both the pattern and my notes so work with them together and get there 'in the end'!!!!! Just shout if you want any help with any of the patterns.

Yes, good idea to write notes. I always think, 'Oh, I'll remember', but of course I don't. Silly to have to go through the same learning process over and over!

I am still waiting for my book but Heidi says it has been sent. Do you ever make notes right in the book?

That is lovely, Jane! If you found it challenging, I'd probably be hurling my shuttles and shouting naughty words! I do love the color combination!

Never, Bernice! I found a book I'd had as a little girl (must've been a teenager when this happened) and was horrified to see I'd coloured in some of the pictures! Very child like but I was horrified as books were so expensive. When copiers came out I copied pattern pages and then made notes on those. Nowadays I scan pages and save as jpg's and work on those using the laptop.
