As it's 'that' time of the year when some people celebrate (if that's the right word!) Halloween I thought I might put a reminder that I do have a couple of 'suitable' patterns lurking around.

Nice patterns for the season. There is someone near here that has the funniest decoration I ever saw. A witch on a broom that has hit a tree. Hilarious. If they do it this year I may send you a photo.
I made the earring spiders last year and gave them to one of my teacher daughters, but when I saw her at the end of the day they had turned into black tassels! Should I have stiffened them? I'm really not good with jewellery.
They shouldn’t have needed stiffening, Maureen, Well the head and body a wee bit. If you snug up the beads REALLY tight they should stay where they’re put.
