30 Fandango’s

.Chilling out with the shuttles and time to add a few more Fandango squares to the ‘whatever it is’.

I really ought to make up my mind about what I’m making here.  The idea of a sleeveless top appeals to me.  Something like a jacket?  I’m not sure.  All I do know is that it’s making a very small dent in the very fine sewing threads that Sue gave me ages ago!!!!

If anybody has any suggestions for the project I’d be very grateful.  At the moment it measures 9” by 7”.

Not a very big jacket then ... It'll barely cover the essentials!! Way to go Miss! Lol

Maybe stitched to the outside of a bag?

If you've only made a very small dent, maybe you should go for a king-sized throw! ;-)

Oh, Diane, you’re full of ‘good ideas’!!!! I don’t think I could stand doing any throw although some decisions need to be made over it’s future soon!!!

Pigmini - your idea of sewing onto a bag sounds good to me. It wouldn’t stand up to much wear and tear though. Well, I don’t think so!!! Too many ‘holes’ in tatting to cover the bare essentials anyway!!!

If you're feeling ambitious, you could make a shrug, or if not perhaps a lampshade or chandelier. It's very festive!

Thanks, God’s Kid. I will continue!!!
A lampshade is a good idea, Erin. Thanks for the suggestion.

I don't have any ideas, but it's gorgeous. Whatever you decide to make of it, I know it will be beautiful.
