specifically a land animal? Hmm, that throws me off a bit, but if I were to take a guess, I'd go with something of alligator or crocidile, but the color doesn't match. A snail?

I thought Mermaid! But you say it's a land animal? hummmmmm I can't think of any land animals...LOL! I think if anything I agree with Mark with an elephant.
