From flowers to butterflies

Well it had to happen!!! The old git's on a roll and brain cell # 3 is sticking around for now!!!

Here are the butterflies that I've done. BUT I may well do more with more wings. There's no end to the fun that can be had with this technique. Well, I'm having fun but then it's better than real life when you live most of it in tat land!!!

Ah, the destructions on how to make these
are here.

Ooh! I can picture lots of little butterflies flitting through my granddaughters' fingers! Thanks, Jane! I hope to make some of these soon! Still knitting an afghan in Illinois... at least it's keeping me warm!

Oh Yay! I love these little guys. I haven't had a chance to try this technique as I have been fighting the flu that last couple of days! Blech!

Hi Jane

Thank you for the link and the instructions : I'll try it, because I never used pearls with tatting...
Have a nice day

Fantastic! I'm already dreaming of spring, especially after getting snowed in by 12" of the white stuff yesterday!
