Palmetto 'tat off'

Even if you're not going to Tat Days you ought to take a peak at this page and wee pattern.
I don't know what it is but it tick-led (get it?) me to death!!!
Barbara's sense of humour is just up my street.

If you've got time then the Palmetto Tatters always welcome bugs which they give away at their State Fair every October.  Any and every bug is always welcome.

Laughing and shuddering simultaneously at the little critters! I remember during a virulent outbreak of Lyme's Disease being out in the bush finding a tick on my arm, burrowing itself into my flesh. I was aghast, as someone grabbed my arm and applied a cigarette but to the still exposed end of the insect to burn it off it before it got any further! Ohhhhhhh! Thanks for the memory. Fox : ))

I have to just say "EWW!!!!!!!!!!" But my DH thought they were great. I'm still trying to get him off the floor laughing. However, my Graci (yorkie) loves to chew tatting. Maybe I should make her some--a little canine revenge.

Oh, icky! But bugs -- hmmmm -- boys ought to like those! I'm making butterflies for the fair, so maybe some ticks too. I won't want to touch them, though...

The clock is ticking very slowly until I can hear from you....
Pesky little critters, those ticks. They are dreadful to find on a Yorkie in full coat!

That is VERY scary. Interesting pattern. Somehow is frightens me that someone took the time to invent that pattern!
