I'm definitely going to work on getting the pattern on my site over the weekend.
This version is another trial that Im not happy with!
Not wasted as my little granddaughter thought she was beautiful and happily went off home with it!
I now know exactly what needs doing so it'll be a quick fix for the next one!

This one is pretty! - and tatting is never wasted, I have a box full of it and my granddaughter loves rummaging through the pieces when she visits.
how about making the head bigger???
That's exactly what I'm working on linb54 plus moving some of the joining vsp's!!! All takes time and effort for BC3!!!

Same a everybody else!!! I've finished with it now and have sent her the final edits. It'll just need uploading tomorrow and all the links checked.
Perhaps eliminate the current head, enlarge the top ring between the wings, and add a halo to that ring making it the new head? I know unsolicited advice, but that is what I see when I look at it. Such a beautiful pattern.

I think I would make the ring below the head smaller and the ring below that (the ring of the skirt) larger... then make the head a bit bigger too.
I agree a larger head would help, but it's almost there. Also, you might consider giving her blue or green eyes, as I find the black beads a little overpowering.
