As I'm gradually packing things into the suitcase (and carry on) I'm wondering how many of these pests I can take with me.
Darn things (for those who don't know - they're Canada Geese) are the scourge of the riverside in town. I walk round the recreation ground most days and these pesky things are 'there' and trying to take over from our swans.
Did you know that a Canada Goose poops 2 lbs a day? Not nice and not healthy either.
Anyway I will be trying to squeeze a few in to return them to the Canadians in a few weeks time - we don't want them here.
How many do you think I'll manage?

What on earth do they eat??? - to produce so much waste. Not my favourite birds, although they are degrees better than swans which terrify me. We have ordinary garden ducks in our river, much nicer.
Grass, Maureen so no wonder they poop such a lot.
Hmmmm....I don`t think Hannah would like them in her back yard!! They usually stay down on the shores of Lake Ontario. So we will can go for some walks at the Cobourg harbor. That way you can see them and not feel to home sick!!! Oh and the ones you have in England can stay there!! We have lots!!

We can trade the Canadian geese for wild turkeys
They do poop a lot... luckily, they haven't discovered our farm yet!
Roast goose might be good. :D
There are lots around our town here in Michigan and in neighboring towns as well, so we don't really need more. :)
