  7. I also was thinking a rectangular doily but also a dresser runner. I think that's what they call them. You know back in the day when people would put a runner on the top of the dresser. I think it was to help with the dust? Anyway, it is really pretty so far!

    1. Well I suppose there's not a lot of difference between a rectangular doily and a dresser runner!!!! When I learned to tat those were some of the few patterns available - for dressing tables!!! Times change too fast!!
