Twirly once more

So, I got as far as I did on this last post and then decided that rather than try for another round I'd start again!!!!  Yup!!!
At that point I didn't think the colours did the whole 'thing' justice so decided on the ones below.

So, once again I present the doily!!!  Now I'm not sure I like these colours either and I'm certainly not happy with the last two rounds yet.

So, back to the drawing board I go and to the tatting cupboard for new colours too!!!

It looks great, and using a darker green, will be perfect for Christmas!

You're going to laugh at me, but I have to switch from my laptop to the iPad to view these images, as my laptop doesn't offer a zoom feature...my crazy eyes need the zoom!

What exactly doesn't look right to you? I think it looks pretty good, but then I don't know what you are aiming at.

Those colors will stand out that is for sure.

I like the outer row, nice to have a bit of a different shape there.

Ah, Ladytats, the day something looks right to me is the day I give up!!!! I'm really, really fussy about what I do!!! Just don't know why but these colours didn't work for me. I'm going to try others next time!!!

I love these colors! I especially like the contrast between dark and light; the darker edging makes a nice framing device. I can't wait to see the rest!

The three separate parts are like colorful. kaleidoscopic views! I love the solid-color accents.
