Waistcoat finished

I blame my 'need' to really get to grips with continental knitting for this!! I've been knitting like crazy and am now very, very comfortable with this method of wielding knitting paraphernalia!!!

In fact I've actually already worn it and it fits a treat and is very comfortable.

You can see I managed to sort the pockets too and they were actually very easy and add a bit of interest to what is otherwise a very plain waistcoat.

Now, what shall I do next? Who knows!!!

Excellent job! I may try the continental again, but I keep going back. I really don't knit that much. Those pockets are great. What next? Look at my blog. TAT!! You can tat!!. Sorry for putting a photo of garbage on your site, hehe.

Trust you to put garbage on your blog, Tim!!! Next for me? Well I’m going to fiddle with an idea I started last week - yes, tatting!!!

It's beautiful and the pockets look 'just right.' Looks soft and warm, too.

There is a lot going on here, with the decreasing on the fronts, and the added band with lots of buttonholes! I admit I've kind of avoided cardigans due to all the necessary finishing. Perfect work on the pockets! I am so pleased you are comfortable with continental now!
