Now this little gismo has been made for a reason. BUT can anybody guess what it's been made for?
I'll give you a clue. The owl is not only there for 'prettiness' sake but also for weight too.
Another clue? Take a look at the other end opposite the owl - why have I added a metal split ring there?
One thing I will tell you - it's not an earring!!! Too long and not pretty enough.

The last guessing game had us all stumped! - and this one probably will as well. Pretty colours. Let me see - could it possibly have been made to attach to a blind? - to pull it down?
Loves it!!! Bell pull?? Handbag charm?? Keyring?? (If I keep guessing do I get a prize for being crazy??? VBG)
If you made a few and put clippy things on it'd hold your tablecloth down. Or lots round a hat like corks. Or to stop you walking into the glass door or weight for wind chime...
Earwigs for a giraffe????
Hmmm... not the right findings for a bracelet... zipper pull? Key fob? I know... I could use a new pull for my ceiling fan!
First guess walk key ring. I could also see it as a luggage identifier "zipper pull". I am sure you have that a-ha moment up your sleeve.
luggage identifier sounds good to me too or to identify your cellphone? I was really thinking chatelaine?
It depends how much you should dig deep in your bag, but I'd use some - maybe longer- with labels, hanging outside my bag...
Blind pull.
Zipper pull. And I'd like to make some.
All I can think is a zipper pull. :)
It looks like a Hang tag for a altered book to me.
Is it made to weigh curtains down? I mean the 'voile' curtains, not the heavy ones. Excuse my English.
First guess is a 'bell pull,' but I've never seen an actual 'bell pull' anywhere. Second guess is a shade/blind pull or ceiling fan/light switch pull.

Cat's collar?
You made it because you could and you are born to confuse us poor souls LOL
